This is the original story on WANE.COM and WANE TV where he was caught selling a swingset while doing a landscaping job.

About a year later he was caught running a bogus non-profit website and illegally collecting donations. The site was eventually shut down, but he still duped an unknown number of people out of an unknown amount of money.
